Who are we?

As 3 seasoned and driven hospitality experts, each in our own field of leadership, sales, operational management and human resources, we thought it was time to join forces in order to respond to the sector’s specific needs to offer targeted training. As experts we want to share and transfer our know-how to both seasoned and starting enthusiasts from inside or outside the hospitality sector.

Tine Verweire

linguist by origin with a passion for Mediterranean cultures, she joined the tourism and hospitality industry since 1986 and has more than 20 years experience as a General Manager followed by 12 years as a Director of Human Resources for the BeLux and Benelux within an international context. Thanks to a professional focus on human centered organizations, she certified in recent years as and trained as a mindfulness practitioner, stress-burnout and REVA (heart rhythm variability) coach. Next to a passion for people, development of talents and learning, wellbeing on the job, Tine is an avid reader , a music lover and dedicated fan of Star Trek, the Star Wars saga and the Marvel Universe. Jo Dhaene

always cheerful bon vivant, globetrotter and “good vibe creator” at heart. His journey through the hospitality world began in 1998 when Jo started as a Receptionist and progressed to Front Office Manager, then Assistant Manager and then General Manager in 2005 in one and later in duo hotels in just about every corner of Flanders. Years of experience in multiple hotel departments only further blossomed his passion for customer centricity, hospitality and a heart for people. Throughout his career in the fascinating Hospitality world, Jo’s focus, and that of all his teams, has been to give personal service and provide excellent quality to our guests in order to achieve the best results. This is what Jo stands for, this is how Jo gets his energy and professional satisfaction.

Kris Vanderstappen

creative world traveler who has built a career in sales and leadership roles in the tourism and hotel industry, managing teams in the BeNeLux within a European working environment. His job content in the first part of his career consisted mainly of managing operational teams in the travel industry. Within the sales world, his specialty is leading negotiations to devise sales strategies and to work with the right teams to ensure that the deal is signed.
Finding the best solution, the best deal, working together or empowering people is part of his DNA.
In recent years, Kris has obtained a certification as a Personal Coach, Trainer and as a Facilitator ‘The Art of Human Impact – Human Impact Expert’.
